My practise as a notary is regulated by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury.
If you have a complaint about my service it may be that I am unaware of it. Please raise the matter with me first and I shall try and put the matter right. The Faculty Office may invite The Notaries Society to try to resolve the complaint under its Informal Complaints Procedure but this is a matter for the Faculty Office to decide.
